Local Atractions

Many events and attractions year round can be found in information in Little Acorns libary including Salisbury and 'Stonehenge', Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole and Beaulieu, which are all in easy reach of Woodgreen for a day out.

Guided Walks and days out

The Forestry Commission publishes a 'What's On' leaflet for walks and activities within the forest run by the Rangers from April to Christmas including visiting commercial woodland with a forester, a local farm with a commoner or a biodiversity project with a member of the 'Life' team. Also regular guided walks led by professional guides can be obtained from the TIC's.
